We hold all practices at Paradise Ridge Community Center unless otherwise told.

Season (Nov - Mar):
Mondays: 6pm-7:30pm
Thursdays: 6pm-7:30pm
Off Season open mat schedule:
Saturdays: 10am - 11:45am
Weather / School Closures:
Practice will not be held when Metro Nashville Public Schools are closed, including weather-related closures and selected holidays.

We compete in tournaments from late November through mid February. All tournaments are scheduled on Weekends. Many are on Sunday afternoon.
